APRIL 2024 RENOVATIONS
Both Unit A + Unit B has new interior paint throughout. Unit A’s kitchen and hallway bathroom 3 were also remodelled. Unit A also features a new foosball game and resurfaced pool.

In addition, Unit B Bedroom 6 has a QUEEN bed for 2 people and a FULL sleeper sofa that can accommodate another 2 guests.

4.5 BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 houses a shower and oversized jacuzzi jet tub combo. Bathroom 2 has a standing shower, while Bathroom 3 has a shower-tub combo. Bathroom 4 is a half-bath with a toilet, vanity sink, and laundry machines. Meanwhile, Unit B Bathroom 5 also houses a shower-tub combo. All bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, makeup towels, and hair dryers.
KITCHEN & DINING
Mighty Paradise houses 2 fully-equipped, open-plan kitchens. Feel free to load up our full-sized refrigerator with your groceries for your long vacay! Each kitchen also includes an oven range, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a charcoal grill, located in the backyards.
Enjoy a nice meal on our large dining room table that seats 8 guests, or on the kitchen dining table, which seats 6. You may also eat at the kitchen island for 3 people or in Unit B’s dining room table for 4 and kitchen counter for 3 guests.
COZY LIVING
Curl up and get cozy on our Queen sleeper sofas, each of which can accommodate 2 guests. Laze around and stream a movie on our flat-screen smart TVs, too!
ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM
Sit back and relax on our queen sleeper sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on our 42” flat-screen smart TV. Or play with the fam and bond over our billiards table, foosball table, and air-hockey table!
SUNROOM
Grab a drink and chill with the fam in our conversation seating area. Or relax and do nothing on our 2 Twin daybeds with Twin trundle beds, which sleep 4 guests.
RELAXING OUTDOOR SPACE
De-stress in Mighty Paradise Beach House’s private 16′ x 32′ inground swimming pool and hot tub. Lie down and soak up the sun on our 6 lounge chairs. Or grab a good book to read in the hammock. And if you’re in the mood for some barbecue, go ahead and fire up the charcoal grill! Dine al fresco on the patio dining table (for 6) or on Unit B’s patio seating area, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The pool is heated via electric heat pump from October 1 to May 31. We do not heat the pool above 83 degrees in order to optimally maintain the pool’s system, energy use, and microbial growth. Note that the pool heater may turn off and stop heating when the outdoor temperature drops below 55 degrees.
PARKING:
- Depending on the size of your vehicles, you may park up to 4 cars in Unit A’s GREEN-colored driveway and up to 2 cars parked in tandem in Unit B’s RED-colored driveway. Garage parking is unavailable.
- All cars must be parked in our driveway, out of any public right of way or lawn areas. Due to complaints, the City of Panama City Beach has started to enforce local ordinances to stop illegal street parking and overcrowded parking conditions throughout the city.
- Fortunately, the city offers 3 overnight parking lots you can use during your stay. Please contact the City of Panama CIty Beach for more information on the city lot locations, operating hours and parking fees.
OTHER KEY FEATURES:
- Laundry: Side by side, full-sized washer + dryer located in Bathroom 4 within the Gameroom of Unit A. Stackable W/D in Unit B.
- Trash Cans: 3 garbage cans are located on the left side of the house, next to the garage. 1 can next to entry of Unit B.
- High-speed WiFi and plenty of space for working remotely and homeschooling.
- Mighty Paradise is a duplex that includes both Unit A and B combined.
STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to ensure your comfortable stay at our Mighty Paradise Beach House. These include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom; hand soap; bath soap; 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen; 1 dishwashing soap and a sponge. Plus, we’ve also got you 2 trash liners per kitchen and game room trash can.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a more affordable rate than a hotel’s, there are some “hotel” features that our beach house doesn’t offer. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, and bottled water.
SECURITY
For your protection and ours, we’ve installed 1 RING security camera at Unit A front door and porch and Unit B front door. It automatically records audio and video of the property’s exterior.

MAX CAPACITY
Mighty Paradise can sleep up to 24. Base rates cover the first 16 guests, including children and day visitors. Add $15/person/night per extra person up to 24 guests. We will charge $100/person/night for all guests above the maximum capacity.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Paradise can accommodate up to 3 non-aggressive breed dogs only; 2 in Unit A and 1 in Unit B. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. Please contact us PRIOR to booking for Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and fees. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
COMMUNITY
We are in a residential neighborhood, next to an operating home preschool. NOTE that you may hear children playing while using Unit A’s backyard amenities during business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM CST).
QUIET HOURS
Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST. Please refrain from using inappropriate language as a preschool operates next door during business hours (M-F, 8 AM to 4 PM CST).
POOL & HOT TUB SERVICE
Our pool tech cleans and rebalances the pool before every guest arrival. While our pool is professionally serviced, you may find landscaping debris or cloudy water in the pool due to large storms with high wind and/or rain conditions that can change the water chemistry. Please use the pool net to remove any debris. Also note that the chemicals are balanced to keep the hot tub and pool clean for the entire duration of your stay. Be sure to rinse off your bodies before jumping into the pool and hot tub or your body oils WILL turn the water murky and gross real quick. If this happens, let us know if you would like to request an extra pool cleaning service at an additional cost of $75.
POOL HEAT
The pool is heated to 83 degrees via electric heat pump from October 1 to May 31. NOTE that the pool’s electric heat pump may turn off and stop heating when the outdoor temperature drops below 55 degrees.
POOL USAGE
Swimming pools can potentially cause bodily harm and possibly death if not used properly. You are responsible for supervising ALL guests, including anyone on the property whom you directly invited or not. Use at your own risk. Children and anyone who cannot swim must be FULLY and ACTIVELY supervised at ALL times. You are responsible for the safety/maintenance of pool equipment and must inform us if you suspect anything is not functioning properly. All doors and window access to the pool area should be secured to keep children from accessing the pool unsupervised. NO DOGS or TOYS are allowed in the pool because they will cause damage to the pool filter, pump, and/or surface. DO NOT USE during rain and storms, especially with lightning conditions.
HOT TUB USAGE
Do not use the hot tub if you recently consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. There are health implications to using this facility. Use at your own risk. Rinse off all body oils before using. DO NOT USE during rain and storms, especially with lightning conditions.
BEDS, DAYBEDS, & TRUNDLES
Do not jump on any beds, daybeds, or trundles. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTATS
In order to maintain our HVAC system, thermostats can only be set to 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. HVAC auto turns off when windows/doors are left open.
BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although we employ a professional pest control monthly service, you may still see some bugs during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach. This small brown cockroach lives outdoors and may follow you into the house because it is a STRONG flier and is attracted to the light. But please do not be alarmed as they are not harmful and die quickly inside the home. Keep all external doors and windows always closed to minimize your exposure to these bugs (and to keep the air-conditioning inside).
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will not give refunds for booking/trip cancellations due to weather conditions. Please plan accordingly and purchase travelers insurance, as necessary.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay and a $550 cleaning fee are also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

It’s also within walking distance to the fishing piers and Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center.
