6 BEDROOMS
Mighty Big Bear has six bedrooms in total. Bedroom 1, located at the top level, houses a KING bed that sleeps 2 people. Bedroom 2, also at the top level, has 2 QUEEN beds that can accommodate 4 people. Meanwhile, Bedrooms 3 and 4, found at the main level, both have a KING bed for 2. Bedroom 5, found at the lower level, has a QUEEN bed that can accommodate 2 people. Lastly, at the lower level, you will find Bedroom 6, with a QUEEN bunk bed that sleeps 4. Our cabin also has 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas at the main and lower levels. Apart from that, each bedroom includes a flat-screen Roku TV, a dresser, a closet, and modern power stations with USB ports.
*ALL TV’s are fully equipped with Roku or Smart technology. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows by signing in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ accounts and more!
5 BATHROOMS
We have plenty of bathrooms at Mighty Big Bear. Bathroom 1, at the top level, includes a shower and a tub. It’s an en-suite “Jack and Jill” bathroom for Bedrooms 1 and 2. Bathrooms 2 and 3 have a shower-and-tub combo and are located at the main level of the house. Likewise, Bathrooms 4 and 5, located at the lower level, also include a shower-and-tub combo. All our baths have bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, makeup towels, and hair dryers.
KITCHEN + DINING
Mighty Big Bear rental cabin houses a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen. Feel free to load up our full-sized refrigerator with food and groceries for your long vacay! Go ahead and prepare your favorite dish using our oven range or gas grill, located at the main-level deck. We also have a dishwasher and a microwave oven.
Have a nice meal with your family and friends on our large dining table, which seats up to 9 people. Plus, there’s also a kitchen countertop with stools for 2 and an outdoor picnic table for 6.
COZY LIVING
Laze around in our living room, and watch your favorite shows on our Flat-screen Roku TV after logging into your entertainment apps. Light up the stone gas fireplace, which operates during the cold months of October to March. Or feel free to snuggle up on our Queen sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2 people.
ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM
Mighty Big Bear’s entertainment room houses a 75” flat-screen smart TV with DVD player. Have fun with your friends on the pool table or play with our classic arcade gaming console, which includes 50+ games. The room also has a kitchenette and a full-sized refrigerator. Plus, it includes a Queen sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Our cabin has 2 covered decks with a private hot tub and logwood rocking chairs, with which you can enjoy the idyllic view of the wooded landscape. There’s also a gas grill on the main-level deck and a picnic table for 6 on each deck.
RESORT POOL & FISHING POND
Honeysuckle Meadows Campgrounds is approximately 15 minutes from Mighty Big Bear! You may have access to use the outdoor resort swimming pool and fish in the “catch and release” pond for $5 per person per day. Pool season is open at 10 A.M. daily from late April to October. Get 1 free day pass per 3 nights reserved.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your stay at Mighty Big Bear. It includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and 4 laundry packets. We also have 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, dishwashing soap, sponge, 4 dishwasher pods, and 2 kitchen trash liners.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are happy to offer our home at a more affordable rate than at a hotel, there are some features we don’t feature. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra kitchen trash bags, coffee, and bottled water.
SECURITY
For your security and ours, we’ve installed 1 RING security camera at the front door to automatically record audio and video of the property’s exterior.

MAX CAPACITY
Mighty Big Bear sleeps up to 20 guests. All guests above the maximum capacity will have to pay $100/person/night.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Big Bear can accommodate up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs only during your stay. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
QUIET HOURS
Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. EST to 8 A.M. EST.
HOT TUB SERVICE & USAGE
Do not use the hot tub if you recently consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. There are health implications to using this facility. Use at your own risk. The hot tubs are thoroughly drained, cleaned, sanitized, refilled, and water rebalanced after EVERY guest departure. Rinse off all body oils before using the hot tubs because the water will get cloudy and murky quickly if you don’t.
BEDS & SOFA BEDS
Do not jump on any beds or sofa beds. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTATS
In order to maintain our HVAC system in good operating condition, our thermostats are set to be adjusted between 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks via HVAC condensation build-up. Keeping everything closed will also keep the bugs and critters outside of the house!
BUGS
In the Smokies, Asian lady beetles (looks like ladybugs) and stink bugs often come into cabins to escape the cold during the fall and winter seasons. Likewise, millipedes may visit during the summer to get away from the heat and to find water. While we have monthly pest control servicing and our cleaner thoroughly vacuums and cleans the home after each reservation, you may still encounter them during your stay. The best thing to do is sweep up these critters using a broom and dispose of them.
BEARS + OTHER WILDLIFE
Do not feed, interact, or get close to bears and other wildlife. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR TRASH out on the decks, front porch, or cars. Dispose of ALL trash into the garbage cans in the bear proof cage. And do not leave children outside unattended.
CONSTRUCTION
New homes are currently being improved and/or built on our street. During this period, you may see and hear construction activity during the business hours of 8 AM and 5 PM EST.
UTILITY DISRUPTIONS
Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms. Services usually resume in 1-2 hours.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Although snow rarely impacts the roads, please plan your travel accordingly. Prepare food supplies and use all-wheel drive transportation. Also, please note that we will not give refunds for cancelled trips due to weather conditions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A $55 non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee and a cleaning fee are also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone involved with the booking, communications, and/or payment of your reservation.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing on the listing management system regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

Mighty Big Bear cabin has easy access to 321 East. Hence, traveling to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Downtown Sevierville, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park should be quick and smooth. You will not only travel on good, well-paved roads. But also, you do NOT have to drive any scary, winding roads and driveways that are steep and narrow, especially during inclement winter weather.
This cabin also has a very convenient location! It is far enough from the crowds and noise of the town. Yet, it’s still so close to all of the action when you want to play, dine, and explore.
