Mighty Oceana includes two adjacently located 6-bedroom new homes that have the same layout but unique decor and style. You will get 2 of everything! We can open a fence for you for easy access between the two homes. Each beach house includes:
6 BEDROOMS
Both Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a KING bed that can accommodate 2 people. Meanwhile, Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN bed, also for 2. Bedroom 4 houses two TWIN BUNKS for 4 and a TWIN TRUNDLE for 1. On the other hand, Bedroom 5 has a FULL (for 2) over FULL (for 2) BUNK with a TWIN trundle (for 1). Lastly, Bedroom 6 houses a QUEEN bed for 2 guests. In addition, both the living room and the TV game room include a QUEEN sleeper sofa each that can accommodate 2 people. Each bedroom has a set of closet and drawers and a smart TV.
4.5 BATHROOMS
You can find 5 bathrooms in our beach house. The Master Bathroom houses a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, while Bathrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have a shower-tub combo. Meanwhile, Bathroom 5 includes only a sink and a toilet. All bathrooms have bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, makeup towels, and hair dryers.
KITCHEN & DINING
Mighty Oceana Beach House has fully-equipped, open-plan kitchens with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. Feel free to load up our full-sized refrigerator with groceries for your long vacay! Each kitchen also has an oven range, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a stainless steel charcoal grill.
Have a nice meal on our large dining room table, which seats 12 guests. You may also use the kitchen island dining, which seats 4 or the patio table, which seats 6.
COZY LIVING
Curl up and get cozy on on our Queen sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 guests. Laze around and stream a movie on our 65″ flat-screen smart TV.
ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM
Play and bond over some family board games! Or snuggle up on our Queen sleeper sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on our 55” flat-screen smart TV.
BALCONY
Grab a drink and chill with the fam in our conversation seating area. Or just sit back and relax on the balcony overlooking the front yard, and get amazed by the beautiful sunset!
RELAXING OUTDOOR SPACE
De-stress in Mighty Oceana’s private salt-based swimming pool. Plus, if you’re in the mood for some barbecue, go ahead and fire up the stainless steel charcoal grill! Dine al fresco on the patio dining table and lounge, which can accommodate 6 guests.
The pool is heated to 83 degrees from October 1 to April 31. Guests may opt to maximize the pool’s heat up to 86 degrees for an additional fee of $100 per stay. We do not heat the pool above 86 degrees in order to optimally maintain the pool’s system, energy use, and microbial growth. The additional pool heat service must be requested at least 1 week before arrival.
PARKING
- You may park up to 2-3 cars per home on the front driveways, depending on the size of your vehicles.
- All cars must be parked in our driveways, out of any public right of way or lawn areas. Due to complaints, the City of Panama City Beach has started to enforce local ordinances to stop illegal street parking and overcrowded parking conditions throughout the city.
- Fortunately, the city offers 3 overnight parking lots you can use during your stay. Please contact the City of Panama CIty Beach for more information on the city lot locations, operating hours and parking fees.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to ensure your comfortable stay at our Mighty Oceana Beach House. These include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom; hand soap; bath soap; 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen; 1 dishwashing soap and sponge. Plus, we’ve also got you 2 trash liners per kitchen and game room trash can.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are happy to offer our home at a more affordable rate than at a hotel, there are some features we don’t feature. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, kitchen trash bags, coffee, and bottled water.
SECURITY
For your protection and ours, we’ve installed 1 RING security camera at the front entry and back gate of each home. It automatically records audio and video of the property’s exterior.

MAX CAPACITY
Mighty Oceana Beach House sleeps up to 28 guests. Guests above the maximum capacity will be charged extra per night.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Oceana can accommodate up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs per house during your stay. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
QUIET HOURS
Mighty Oceana is located in a permanent residential neighborhood. Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST.
POOL SERVICE
Our pool tech cleans and rebalances the pool before every guest arrival. While our pool is professionally serviced, you may find landscaping debris or cloudy water in the pool due to large storms with high wind and/or rain conditions that can change the water chemistry. Please use the pool net to remove any debris. Also note that the chemicals are balanced to keep the pool clean for the entire duration of your stay. Be sure to rinse off your bodies before jumping into the pool or your body oils WILL turn the water murky and gross real quick. If this happens, let us know if you would like to request an extra pool cleaning service at an additional cost of $75.
POOL HEAT
The pools are heated to 83 degrees from October 1 to April 31. Guests may opt to maximize the pool heat up to 86 degrees for an additional fee of $100 per stay.
POOL USAGE
Swimming pools can be a potentially dangerous feature that can cause bodily harm and possibly death if not used properly. You are responsible for supervising ALL guests, including anyone on the property whom you directly invited or not. Use at your own risk. Children and anyone who cannot swim must be FULLY and ACTIVELY supervised at ALL times. You are responsible for the safety/maintenance of pool equipment and must inform us if you suspect anything is not functioning properly. All doors and window access to the pool area shall be secured to keep children from accessing the pool unsupervised. NO DOGS or TOYS are allowed in the pools because they may cause damage to the pool filter, pump, and/or surface.
POOL ALARMS
There are alarms on each window and exterior door leading to the backyard and pool area. This is to ensure that the pool area is secured and locked to keep children from accessing the pool unsupervised. Please disengage these alarms before opening the patio door and windows.
BEDS, SOFA BEDS, DAYBEDS, & TRUNDLES
Do not jump on any beds, sofa beds, daybeds, or trundles. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTATS
In order to maintain our HVAC system, thermostats can only be set to 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause the HVAC system to freeze over and cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. The HVAC system automatically turns off when windows/doors are left open.
BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although our home is maintained monthly by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach. This small brown cockroach lives outdoors and may follow you into the house because it is a STRONG flier and is attracted to the light. But please do not be alarmed, these critters are not harmful and die quickly inside the home. Keep all external doors and windows always closed to minimize your exposure to these bugs (and to keep the air-conditioning inside).
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will not give refunds for booking/trip cancellations due to weather conditions. Please plan accordingly and purchase travelers insurance, as necessary.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $80 per stay and a $1,100 cleaning fee are also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing on the listing management system regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

Mighty Oceana has easy access to 30A and US 98. Hence, traveling to the beaches and hot spots in Panama City Beach as well as Destin and Miramar Beach should be quick and smooth. The beach homes are only 1 block from the beach and are within a 3-mile drive to the new Pier Park, which hosts several concerts and festivals. You can also easily visit the nearby fishing piers and the Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center.
Mighty Oceana Beach House has a very convenient location! It is both far enough from the crowds and noise of the beach and town for some much-needed peace and relaxation.
