1 BEDROOM
Mighty Little Beach has 1 Bedroom with a QUEEN bed, which sleeps 2 people. The bedroom also includes a set of dressers and closets to keep your stuff organized.
1 BATHROOM
The bathroom has an oversized jacuzzi jet tub combo. It also includes bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, makeup towels, and hair dryers.
KITCHEN & DINING
Mighty Little Beach Rental Home houses a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen. Feel free to load up our full-sized refrigerator with groceries for your long vacay! The kitchen also includes an oven range, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and a charcoal grill, found in the backyard.
Enjoy a nice meal on our dining room table, which seats 4 guests.
COZY LIVING
Curl up and get cozy on on our queen sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 guests. We can also provide you a twin rollout bed for 1, if requested prior to your arrival. Laze around and watch a movie on our flat-screen smart TV, too!
RELAXING OUTDOOR SPACE
In the mood for some barbecue? Go ahead bring some charcoal and fire up the charcoal grill!
We have a conversational sitting area in our private patio yard, where you can dine al fresco or just chill with the family.
PARKING:
- You may park up to 2 cars in tandem on the front RED driveway, depending on the size of your vehicles.
- All cars must be parked in our driveway, out of any public right of way or lawn areas. Due to complaints, the City of Panama City Beach has started to enforce local ordinances to stop illegal street parking and overcrowded parking conditions throughout the city.
- Fortunately, the city offers 3 overnight parking lots you can use during your stay. Please contact the City of Panama CIty Beach for more information on the city lot locations, operating hours and parking fees.
OTHER KEY FEATURES:
- Laundry: Stackable washer + dryer located in laundry closet.
- Trash Can: 1 garbage can is located outside along the unit walkway.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to ensure your comfortable stay at Mighty Little Beach Rental Home. We’ve included 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom; a hand soap; 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen; 1 dishwashing soap and sponge; and 2 trash liners.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a more affordable rate than a hotel’s, there are some “hotel” features that our beach house doesn’t offer. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, and bottled water.
SECURITY
For your protection and ours, we’ve installed 1 RING security camera at the front entryway. It automatically records audio and video of the property’s exterior.

SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In: No sooner than 4 P.M. EST | Check out: No later than 10 A.M. EST
*NO EXCEPTIONS, unless Guest receives prior approval in writing by us, your Host. Guests who check in early OR check out from 10 AM to 12 PM will have to pay a late fee of $100. On the other hand, guests who check out past 12 PM will pay that night’s room fee.

MAX CAPACITY
Mighty Little Beach can sleep up to 4 people. Base rates cover the first 2 guests. Add $15 per person per night for each additional person up to the maximum capacity of 4 guests. We will charge $100/person/night for all guests above the maximum capacity.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Little Beach can accommodate up to 1 non-aggressive breed dog only during your stay. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to agree and accept our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
QUIET HOURS
This home is part of a DUPLEX in a residential neighborhood. Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST.
BED & SOFA BED
Do not jump on the bed or sofa bed. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTAT
In order to maintain our HVAC system, thermostats can only be set to 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. The HVAC system auto turns off when windows/doors are left open.
BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs and beetles, especially the Palmetto Bug (a.k.a. the American Cockroach). Although Mighty Little Beach undergoes monthly professional pest control maintenance, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us. But please do not be alarmed; it’s completely normal. You can help minimize your exposure to these bugs (and keep the air-conditioning inside) by keeping all external doors closed.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will not give refunds for booking/trip cancellations due to weather conditions. Please plan accordingly and purchase travelers insurance, as necessary.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $300 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay and a $95 cleaning fee are also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

Mighty Little Beach has easy access to 30A and US 98. Hence, traveling to the beaches and hot spots in Panama City Beach, as well as Destin and Miramar Beach, should be quick and smooth. The beach house is only 2 blocks from the beach and is within walking distance to the new Pier Park, which hosts several concerts and festivals. It’s also within walking distance to the fishing piers and Frank Brown Sports Complex & Aquatic Center.
