4 BEDROOMS
Both Master Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 include a KING bed for 2 people. Bedroom 3, on the other hand, has a QUEEN bed that can also accommodate 2 guests. Game Room with TWIN DAY BED w/ TWIN TRUNDLE (for 2; downstairs; no door). We also have a TWIN DAYBED (for 1) with a TWIN trundle (for 1) at the game loft. In addition, the family room includes a QUEEN sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 people. Each bedroom has a closet, a drawer, and a smart TV.
NOTE: Bedroom 4 has an open entryway, without a door.
3.5 BATHROOMS
The Master Bathroom and Bathroom 2 both house a shower-and-tub combo. On the other hand, Bathroom 3 has a standing shower, while Bathroom 4 includes only a sink and a toilet bowl. There are bath towels. hand towels, wash towels, and makeup towels in every bathroom.
KITCHEN & DINING
Mighty Duckster houses a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen. with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. It has a full-sized refrigerator, which you can load up with your groceries for your long vacay. Feel free to use also our oven range, dishwasher, microwave oven, and stainless steel gas grill.
The cabin’s dining room table seats 6; the kitchen island dining 4; and the outdoor patio table 6.
COZY LIVING
Sit back and relax on our cozy sofa and loveseat while enjoying your favorite shows on our 55″ Flatscreen Smart TV.
GAME LOFT
Mighty Duckster’s game loft includes a basketball/golf arcade game. You can also choose to bond over some family board games. Or just chill with the fam on our cozy twin daybed and twin trundle.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
Mighty Duckster’s outdoor space has a pool table, a cornhole and ladder toss, and a 6-person hot tub. Plus, coming soon, in October, is a fire pit to keep you warm or around which you can share your spooky campfire stories. Also, if you’re in the mood for some barbecue, go ahead and fire up the charcoal grill! Dine al fresco on the patio dining table and lounge, which can accommodate 6 guests.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your stay at Mighty Duckster. It includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and 4 laundry packets. In the kitchen, you’ll find 1 paper towel roll, dishwashing soap, a sponge, 2 trash liners, and 4 dishwasher pods.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are happy to offer our home at a more affordable rate than at a hotel, there are some features we don’t feature. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, bottled water, kitchen trash bags, lighter, and chopped wood for the fire pit.
SECURITY
We have a RING security camera located at the front door that automatically records audio and video of the EXTERIOR of the property. The camera will be turned on during your stay.

DRIVEWAY ACCESS
The cabin is located on top of a mountain off a narrow road. There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway in front of the house, depending on vehicle size. There is no additional parking in the neighborhood.

Use all furniture, appliances, home goods as intended | no parties or large events | no smoking indoors | no illegal uses allowed | no drugs allowed | no fireworks allowed onsite
MINIMUM AGE
25+ years to book.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY
Only the guests registered for your booking can be on the premises during your stay. Mighty Duckster can accommodate up to 12 people, including children and day visitors. Guests above the maximum capacity will be charged $100/person/night.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Duckster can accommodate up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs only during your stay. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
QUIET HOURS
Guests shall observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. EST to 8 A.M. EST.
POOL & HOT TUB SERVICE
Our pool tech cleans and rebalances the pool after every guest departure. Please use the pool net to remove any debris that falls into the pool or hot tub during your stay. Also, note that your body chemistry will drastically change the pool chemistry. Rinse thoroughly to remove body oils before using the pool and hot tub. Both facilities will get cloudy and murky quickly if you do not rinse off.
POOL HEAT
The pool is heated to a constant 83 degrees. Do not splash water out of the pool and hot tub. If you do, you will need to refill them with COLD water and wait for the pool to warm back up.
POOL USAGE
Swimming pools can be potentially cause bodily harm and possibly death if not used properly. You are responsible for supervising ALL guests, including anyone on the property whom you directly invited or not. Use at your own risk. Children and anyone who cannot swim must be FULLY and ACTIVELY supervised at ALL times. You are responsible for the safety/maintenance of pool equipment and must inform us if you suspect anything is not functioning properly. All doors and window access to the pool area shall be kept secured to keep children from accessing the pool unsupervised. NO DOGS or TOYS are allowed in the pool because they may cause damage to the filter, pump, and/or surfaces.
HOT TUB USAGE
Do not use the hot tub if you recently consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. There are health implications to using this facility. Use at your own risk. Rinse off all body oils before using.
BEDS, DAYBEDS, & TRUNDLES
Do not jump on any beds, daybeds, or trundles. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTATS
In order to maintain our HVAC system in good operating condition, our thermostats are set to be adjusted between 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks via HVAC condensation build-up. We would hate to have to charge you for these damages. Keeping all doors and windows closed will also keep the bugs and critters outside of the house!
BUGS
In the Smokies, Asian lady beetles (looks like ladybugs) and stink bugs often come into cabins to escape the cold during the fall and winter seasons. Likewise, millipedes may visit during the summer to get away from the heat and to find water. While we have monthly pest control servicing and our cleaner thoroughly vacuums and cleans the home after each reservation, you may still encounter them during your stay. The best thing to do is sweep up these critters using a broom and dispose of them.
BEARS + OTHER WILDLIFE
Do not feed, interact, or get close to bears and other wildlife. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR TRASH out on the decks, front porch, or cars. Dispose of ALL trash into the garbage cans in the bear proof cage. And do not leave children outside unattended.
CONSTRUCTION
While we do not have active construction immediately next to our home, there may be some construction within the community.
UTILITY DISRUPTIONS
Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms. Services usually resume in 1-2 hours.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Although it is rare for snow to impact the roads, please prepare food supplies and have all-wheel drive transportation. NO refunds will be given for weather conditions. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay is also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone involved with booking, communicating, and/or paying for your reservation.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing on the listing management system regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

Mighty Duckster cabin has easy access to 321 East. Hence, traveling to to Downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park should be quick and smooth. You will not only travel on good, well-paved roads. But also, you do NOT have to drive any scary, winding roads and driveways that are steep and narrow, especially during inclement weather.
This cabin also has a very convenient location! It is both far enough from the crowds and noise of the town. Yet, it’s still close to all of the action when you want to play, dine, and explore. Check out how close Mighty Duckster is to many of the local attractions!
