6 BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1, located at the 1st floor, houses a FULL bed for 2 guests. Meanwhile Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all include a QUEEN bed, which can accommodate 2 people. Bedroom 5, on the other hand, has a QUEEN bed, which sleeps 2 guests. Lastly, Bedroom 6 (LOFT) houses DOUBLE QUEEN beds with curtain “door” and can accommodate 4 people. Each bedroom has a set of dressers and closets to help you keep your stuff organized.
5 BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1, a Jack-and-Jill bath shared between Bedroom 1 and 2, has a shower-tub combo. Bathroom 2, located on the 1st floor, and Bathroom 3, located on the 2nd floor, both have a shower-tub combo as well. Meanwhile, Bathroom 4, located on the 3rd floor, includes only a toilet and a sink. Lastly, Bathroom 5, at the outdoor lounge, also has only a toilet and a sink. There is also an outdoor shower aside from the indoor baths. Each bathroom has a set of bath towels, hand towels, wash towels, and hair dryers.
KITCHEN & DINING
This vacation home houses a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen. Feel free to load yo our full-sized stainless steel refrigerator with groceries for your long vacay! The kitchen also has an oven range, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven.
Enjoy a nice meal on our dining room table for 6. Or you may also want to use the kitchen island, which seats 8.
COZY LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax on our cozy seating areas and queen sleeper sofa while watching your favorite shows on our large flat-screen smart TV! Or have fun playing pool at our new pool table!

When you stay at Mighty Big Wheel, you have access to Spectrum Beach Club, a great amenity that’s just an 8 minute drive away. Spend the day lounging at the large resort pool with service from the poolside bar and grill, hang out at the beach, play in the children’s arcade, enjoy the fitness center and spa, or swim in the indoor heated pool when the weather’s chilly out. You will receive a free daily pass for your entire group for every 3 nights stay.

- Parking: Space for 10 cars in the front driveway. No parking underneath the house.
- Laundry: Side by side, full-sized washer + dryer located in outdoor lounge underneath the house.
- Trash Cans: 3 garbage cans are located under the house, next to the front stairwell. Please roll out all full trash cans to the street for collection on designated dates. Kindly see the schedule posted on the refrigerator.

STARTER KIT OF ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES
We’ve provided some essential supplies and toiletries to ensure your comfortable stay at our Mighty Big Wheel Beach House. These include 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom; hand soap; bath soap; 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen; 1 dishwashing soap and sponge. Plus, we’ve also got you 2 trash liners per kitchen and game room trash can.
PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are happy to offer our home at a more affordable rate than at a hotel, there are some features we don’t feature. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra kitchen trash bags, coffee, and bottled water.
SECURITY
For your protection and ours, we’ve installed a RING security camera at the front door and another one at the back deck. They automatically record audio and video of the property’s exterior.

MAX CAPACITY
Base rates cover up to 17 guests, including children and day visitors. We will charge $100/person/night for all guests above the maximum capacity.
DOG FRIENDLY
Mighty Big Wheel can accommodate up to 2 non-aggressive breed dogs only during your stay. Pet fees are required for pet and emotional support dogs. If you would like to explore bringing your dog(s) on your trip, be sure to contact us PRIOR to booking in order to learn about Mighty Vacay’s pet policies and house rules. By booking, you affirm to accepting our pet policies and fees in the event you choose to bring your furbaby with you.
QUIET HOURS
Observe quiet hours outdoors from 10 P.M. CST to 8 A.M. CST.
BEDS & SOFA BED
Do not jump on the beds or sofa bed. These furnishings will (and have) broken when guests have left their kids to jump and play on them. You will be charged to replace any damaged furniture that shows misuse.
THERMOSTATS
In order to maintain our HVAC system, thermostats can only be set to 67-79 degrees year round.
KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed during your stay. Due to the high humidity and constant use of air conditioning inside the home, leaving the doors and windows open will cause the HVAC system to freeze over and cause water damage to the walls, ceilings, and electronic door locks with condensation build-up. The HVAC system automatically turns off when windows/doors are left open.
PEST
While the house is maintained monthly by a professional pest control service, you may still come across some local critters during your stay with us. If you see little mice under the house or off the sand, please do not be alarmed, it’s completely normal. These are Alabama Beach Mouse and they are federally protected as a federally endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Therefore, pest control CANNOT exterminate these creatures. Help minimize your exposure to these pests (and keep air conditioning inside) by keeping the kitchen, dining, and all outdoor areas clean from food debris and all external doors and windows closed at all times.
NO FISH CLEANING OUTDOORS
While fishing is a popular pastime for many of our guests, we do not allow any fish cleaning on the property, including the outdoor table. That table top is to be used for supporting grilling and outdoor dining uses only. The main reason we cannot allow fish cleaning on site is that it attracts Alabama Beach mice onto the property. These pests are federally protected as endangered species. So once they make it onto the property, we cannot exterminate them. No fish cleaning helps us stay pest free.
UTILITY DISRUPTIONS
Electricity and/or internet services may get interrupted during storms. Services usually resume in 1-2 hours.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
We will not give refunds for booking/trip cancellations due to weather conditions. Please purchase travelers insurance, as necessary.
SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay. A non-refundable Resort Cost Recovery Fee of $55 per stay is also charged at booking.
EXTRA NOTES
- Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee, resort recovery fee, and sales and lodging taxes per stay.
- Signed rental agreement, full contact information, and a copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours after booking to confirm reservation.
- IDs are required for anyone listed on your reservation, platform account, and/or payment source.
- The person booking this home must be 25+ years and present during the entire stay. No third-party reservations allowed.
- Cancellation terms are stated in your signed renter’s agreement. Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee to process.
- While we try our best to update our listing on the listing management system regularly, sometimes an amenity and/or feature may be missing and/or represented incorrectly due to system errors. We are not responsible for anything that is not detailed in our description. Please inquire about any must-have amenities to confirm information before booking.

- Fort Morgan Rail Trail: 14 miles. Approximately 15 minutes away is an old rail line that has been converted into 11 miles of hiking and biking trails.
