Housekeeping

We aim to deliver our houses in a clean and working order for every guest by following the Mighty Vacay housekeeping policies below.

• Enhanced Cleaning. We follow Airbnb’s 5 Step Enhanced Cleaning Process and VRBO’s Guidelines for owners and property managers for enhanced cleaning and disinfection of vacation rentals.
• EPA Approved Cleaners. We use products that are approved as disinfectants and cleaners that kills 99.9% of household germs and helps prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 or Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). 
• Laundered Bedding. We launder ALL bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, and blankets after each reservation. Decorative quilts, comforters, and coverlets are not used at this time.
• Pool and Hot Tub Sanitation. We service and maintain the chemical balance of the swimming pool and hot tub twice a week.
• Pre-Arrival Inspection. We inspect all major appliances and house features before each reservation to make sure everything is in good working order.

Lastly, while we strive to operate at a high level of excellence, we are also only human! Upon arrival, please walk through and inspect the cabin. If you find something that needs attention, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to take care of any issues as soon as we can.
